All in stock orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. If item(s) are backordered, you will be contacted. Many items are custom ordered when your order is received and are subject to availability. We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering.

Damaged Deliveries:
Every order is inspected and carefully packed. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save the original packing materials and email us at: maria@vitamaria.com to arrange for pick-up and replacement of the damaged item. You will receive a return authorization number that should be put on the outside of the box.
